About

Pastor Paul Rech is a passionate Pastor, Chaplain, Coach, and the Director of Virtual Net Radio, bringing over 47 years of ministry experience to his coaching. As a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors since 2011, he has witnessed how deeply understanding people’s personalities and temperaments can affect their mental health and well-being.

With a background as the Global President of the International Chaplains Association, and years of service as a Chaplain with the US Air Force Auxiliary (Civil Air Patrol) in New Jersey and now with SER-FL-249 Group 6 in Florida, Pastor Paul has a wealth of experience in guiding people through emotional, spiritual, and mental health challenges.

Currently serving as Assistant Pastor at New Hope Brazilian Baptist Church, Pastor Paul is deeply committed to providing spiritual support and guidance to his community. He’s also had a major impact as a mentor and coach for other chaplains, helping them develop their skills and grow in their ministry.

In his coaching, Pastor Paul combines biblical principles with practical mental health strategies, using insights from the Four Temperaments model to better understand and guide individuals on their journey toward mental health. Whether he’s working with a Sanguine, who thrives in social settings, a Choleric, who is driven by goals, a Melancholic, who thinks deeply and analyzes everything, or a Phlegmatic, who seeks peace and stability, Pastor Paul tailors his approach to meet each person’s unique needs.

This blend of experience and insight allows Pastor Paul to offer truly personalized support, helping individuals understand themselves better and navigate their mental health challenges with wisdom and care.
